How many sessions a week should I take?

Most clients take 2 equipment sessions per week, and this is optimal. If this is impractical for you it is suggested taking 1 equipment class session a week and 1 mat or CARDIOLATES ® class. It truly depends on your goals, level of commitment, time, and budget. The closer your sessions are to each other the quicker you will learn and become autonomous in your practice and experience greater results.
