How soon can I expect to see/feel results?

Joseph Pilates' mantra was, "In 10 sessions you'll feel a difference, in 20 you'll see a difference and in 30 you'll have a new body" - (based on individual sessions, 3 times a week). Results are individual and dependent on one's level of commitment. Clients report postural changes in their bodies very early in their practice.
